How we work with you?

We believe a successful transition is a partnership, not just a transaction. Our process is designed to be transparent, respectful, and structured to minimize disruption to daily operations.

  • Transparent Acquisition: We’ll work together closely through the critical stages of the process, including Letter of Intent (LOI), Due Diligence (DD), Quality of Earnings (QOE), and close.

  • Custom Transition: Exit on your terms by either handing over the keys after a brief transition period, or staying on for a customized role. Sellers can maintain a minority ownership stake (e.g., 10% seller note carry) with tailored transition / buy-out. Benefits of this include:
